MY NORMAL ADVICE IS TO AVOID BUYING A BAR BUT THIS PROPERTY IS NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE RUBBISH BEING HAWKED ON THE COAST. To begin with it is freehold and COMES WITH GENUINE BUSINESS. It is the local for the village and a place to visit from the surrounding area. The POTENTIAL TO DEVELOP AND EXPAND THE BUSINESS IS OBVIOUS and the present owners will give chapter and verse. This is a lovely, traditionally "higgeldy piggeldy" home and bar in a small village near Alcala La Real in Jaen.
